Rental Rates


Springville Veterans’ Memorial Building
RENTAL RATES – As of: May 1, 2018

Auditorium $500.00
Foyer/Entry $100.00
Kitchen $200.00

Building or rooms may be reserved up to one year in advance.
Rates enforced at the time of occupancy will be imposed.

A $135.00 cleaning/security deposit is required to reserve the building or room.
This deposit will be refunded if cleaning is satisfactory and no damages are incurred.
The refund will be mailed to the lessee within 10 days after the last day of the rental.

Refunds – If the reservation is canceled two weeks or longer before the reservation date, the entire deposit and/or the rental fee will be refunded. Seventy-five percent of the rental fee, and all of the security/cleaning deposit, will be refunded if cancellation is made between 7 and 14 days before the reservation date. Only the security/cleaning deposit will be refunded if cancellation is made within 7 days before the reservation date.

An ABC (Alcoholic Beverage Control) permit is required if alcoholic beverages are to be sold.

Security guards may be required if alcoholic beverages are served and/or sold on the premises.

A Certificate of Insurance naming the Springville Memorial District and its officers, agents, employees and volunteers as Additional Insured is required in the amount of $500,000 each occurrence.
